You must be f*** windows, so nice to meet you! I thought I was the only one with that name.
You did a great job on the graphics. Have been trying to enable the "rotating cube" effect for some time now on my laptop. I'm hoping my graphics card is powerful enough. So far, nada.

There is a May Screenshots thread already in place, is it not?

Not bad, not spectacular. Looks like the average Ubuntu users desktop.

3/5.

3/5.

It is not terrible, but it's not superb either. But then again, it should be usability (as in performance) over eyecandy ;)
I have even uglier desktop so no worries

the titlebar is a little too... tall? looks a little silly. like, it would hog too much of the screen.

of course, i have a widecrseen monitor so vertical space is more important for me.

i give it "3 halos" on the Saint Angeles scale. "3 out of what?" you might ask. only i know.

It looks nice. What GTK is that? It looks like Gloss Black.

I rate your desktop 4 and your music collection 1.

I only have two complaints about it:

1. Emerald theme: It's a bit too tall and would really benefit from alpha blur if your video card can handle it.

2. The selected background color is a bit too vivid.

Well, now. Let's start at five and subtract points that I do not care for.

You are using GNOME. 5-1 = 4
You have that launcher thingy at the bottom (I hate it...) 4-1 = 3
It looks Vista'ish. 3-1 = 2
You are running Compiz Fusion. 2-1 = 1

Subtotal score: 1

If you like it, then it's a 5. It doesn't really matter what we think.

That's true. At one point in my life, I would have loved that desktop, and sat and gazed at the glazziness of it all. But, I've moved beyond that now :D
