Hi all-

I've switched to ubuntu long time ago for my desktop pc at home. At first it was just for fun - playin' around with some cool software and feeling "free" with "free" software.

At this stage now I like to take it a little more serious and I'm also considering using my Ubuntu deskop machine for productive use.

In this case I need to handle some coding editors, graphic-tools, some office tools. So that's not really a big deal.

... but one part is still missing. I have to connect to an MS SQL Database. I'm used to the "Microsoft SQL Management Studio Express" and I'm still looking for a good alternative. I already gave the ORACLE SQL developer a try - but it didn't perform well with our big database.

Hope you can push me into the right direction :)
