I am a total n00b to linux but I chose ubuntu and im falling in love... ok enough of my dumb stuff here is the problem..

I installed a Rosewell external 5 Bay eSATA device with 5 x 1.5TB ( total of 7.5 TB ) Seagate Drives installed.

Then found this tutorial to set it up:

http://bfish.xaedalus.net/?p=188

I followed this setup when i had 8.10 installed and it worked fine and the drive mounted... now that i upgraded to 9.04 I dont see my RAID 5 setup in my file system :(

SO I go to the command line and here is the output of the following command:

root@user-server:~# mdadm -D /dev/md0
