I have been looking for the link to the repositories for OpenOffice 3.0 for Jaunty Jackalope. I found the following link in a post (https://launchpad.net/~openoffice-pkgs/+archive) but there is a statement that this is for Hardy / Intrepid only.

Does anyone know if there are repositories setup of OpenOffice 3.0 for Jaunty?

thanks

OpenOffice 3 is pre-installed in Ubuntu Jaunty (or available in the main repositories if you're doing a minimal install). No need to enable any additional repository.

I feel like such a MORON.

I completely forgot about that. I was looking around at some things this weekend, and found that the version of open office that is included in the current repo's is go-oo (Go Openoffice).

I was so focused on the name, and trying to find repos for the actual open office that I totally forgot about that being supported.

I was just wanting OpenOffice not go-oo on my machine. I know there isn't a huge difference, but I'm kinda OCD that way.

thanks a lot.
