Not in any order of preference:

XP
Ubuntu (assorted flavours)
Vista

(My older desktop, which came with Windows 98SE preinstalled, as I type this is doing a fairly convincing impression of "nothing", when what I've asked of it is a minimal CLI install of Jaunty. It's being doing "nothing" for the last couple of hours. I might give it a little bit longer before muttering some colourful words and considering putting something else on instead, maybe Freedos)

!. OpenSuse 11.1
2. Mythbuntu 9.04
3. Windows (XP,2003,2008,Vista) at work.

I actually use Ubuntu very rarely, My only reason for using these forums is because my media box runs Mythbuntu.
I also use Redhat, Ubuntu server, Smoothwall, Mac OS and Puppy at work ;-)

Primarily i use Lunar Linux on most of my machines, a couple with Sorcerer dual boot, and another with FreeBSD. Two more are powered by Solaris and OpenBSD respectively. And the last one runs minimal Open Solaris.

I use XP Pro in a virtual box, because it will allow me to run the Zune software. Otherwise, I have very little use for Windows. However, I'm curious about Win 7, so I might try out the public beta release when it becomes available in a few days - but only if it installs in the virtual box :KS

I only use Ubuntu, period; I am extremely rigid about this. Additionally, if I am at someone else's computer, I will boot Ubuntu from one of my USB flash drives. If their machine won't boot it, well, then I wait till I get home.

Depending on if you count other systems. On my laptop that I use regularly it's just..

Ubuntu and Vista. So given those constraints..

1) Windows Vista

If I can include my desktop..

1) Windows Vista
2) Windows XP
3) Windows Seven

If I can include my n800 Internet Tablet..

1) Maemo: Diablo (based off of Debian)
2) Windows Vista
3) Windows XP

I've got to admit, I haven't felt the need to use Windows XP after installing Ubuntu two months ago, except for playing Grand Theft Auto IV. :D Since then, I have completely dumped Windows XP on my laptop for Ubuntu, and also have Fedora 10 installed on an external hard drive. I'm really enjoying linux, and cannot believe I have been missing out on awesomeness all this while!

Other distros I have installed and use:
Arch - I like, but as a newbie to this haven't yet figured out how to get my wireless working with it. rt73usb. Probably not difficult but I need to spend some time researching it.
Debian - Runs all my servers.
Fedora - Was my first distro, and I still like it.
gNewSense - Been using because the issues of my freedoms are something that for me personally are becoming of ever increasing interest and importance.

Other OS's:
Windows XP - At work.
Windows Vista - Came installed on my laptop so I've left it there just in case. I don't use it.

PCLinuxOS 2009.1 here. I have customized all of the artwork and it is the most bug and regression free system I have ever seen. The built in Make LiveCD tool is also the very best tool I have ever seen in any operating system. PCLinuxOS shows the highest level of quality in any distribution I have ever tried.
