View Full Version : [ubuntu] jaunty - shc gone and serpentine not working

I heard that serpentine did not work because of python versioning - the only reason I really wanted it is that, while brasero does support xspf (which i hate but i guess it is the future), in order to load a playlist you have to pass the option via the command line (it cannot open in the program).

as for shc - it was in intrepid and hardy and gutsy and (universe) and is now gone - is this an oversite?

I downloaded the intrepid package of shc from packages.ubuntu.com and it works fine under jaunty. (Except for a single error message in the am64 version which doesn't impeed the functioning and was present in the am64 hardy version as well.)
