Thought of a crazy idea of trying to find a small 7200 rrpm hard drive to use for a swap drive problem is I already have two hard drives so will have to get fancy if I want to try this. This is based on some fancy fetish that this may actualy speed up my workspaace in a seperate drive is used for swap so it does not try doing two things at once with my main drives.

WOuld this actualy work?

Maybe. I'd suggest getting a CF disk, and then a CF-IDE adapter; it'll work faster and run longer.

If you was running Windows I would prolly say yes. I'm fairly certain you got none of that crap there (judging by your post count) so I don't think it would make my difference after all Linux makes little use of the swap area.

CF is rarely faster than a hard drive.

To the OP, it won't make a noticeable difference unless you are multitasking like crazy and/or have a low amount of ram.
