I just recently uninstalled 8.10 and did a fresh install of 9.04 and I have been having a few issues since the re-install.
One, the performance seems really choppy when opening windows, sometimes even stalling so much that i have to close the window.
I'm not sure if it has to do with the ATI graphics drivers or if something went wrong during installation (downloaded and ripped an iso)
Two, when I view a video full screen, the screen blackens out and I have to manually turn off the computer. I did not have these problems with 8.10, actually, I had Compiz installed and customized very nicely. Does anyone have any ideas on how to diagnose/repair this issues, or perhaps I should re-install or roll-back to 8.10? Thank you
