Does anyone know the APT line that I would use to update from Sunbird 0.8 to Sunbird 0.9 through Software Sources? Thanks!!!

I suppose you are using Intrepid, and if that is a case you can not upgrade that package from software sources.Sunbird 0.9 is available in Jaunty.

EDIT:I found that package here. (http://www.getdeb.net/search.php?keywords=sunbird)

For apps that are not in the official repositories, search the PPAs from http://edge.launchpad.net/ and http://ppa-search.appspot.com

Thanks!!! I downloaded and installed the package, and it actually just upgraded my Sunbird repository from 0.8 to 0.9.
