I'm still really impressed how well 9.04 installed on my ThinkPad X41 tablet. Excellent work you guys! I don't think I'll ever go back to Windows. :p

YouTube and other Adobe Flash video sites become very choppy when I go full screen. With XP and Vista they ran fine.

I installed the flashplugin-installer 10.0.22.87 for FireFox.

ThinkPad X41
Video card: Intel 900 (910GML, 915GM)

Should I try and find an updated video card driver?

I had the same issue when I started with Ubuntu. Try this how-to guide, it worked for mine.

I suggest you read this thread. (http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1130582)

You are correct in thinking it's the video card driver. The current state of intel video drivers are transitional and may not be ready for prime time.

The thread above can help you make the needed changes if you must. For me, I'm sticking to Hardy on my lappies (due to intel hardware) until the smoke clears. I expect full satisfaction from Karmic.
