Still using the good ol' ext3 although having some thoughts on going with a fresh installation and switching to ext4.
I 'll probably wait for another month or so

Shouldnt it be the other way around? Ext4 for boot and ext3 for everything else to prevent data loss?

Well, i wasnt quite sure about jaunty supporting ext4 for /boot, so i went with ext3 for that.
About data loss... well, i now there are risks, but i take my chances. Also, i wanted to try ext4. So far, so good.

Im still with ext3....Im really waiting like a couple of months until its really stable enough, for me to feel confident about data loss prevention.

Still on ext3 as ext4 has the data loss problems especially when deleting large directories. May swap in a few months time.
Here's an article (http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=article&item=ext4_benchmarks&num=1) that may be of interest.
