help copying ubuntu 9.04

i am downloading the new ubuntu(9.04) right now, but i'm not sure if it'll work.

what i mean is: will the file work properly if i copy the file on a cd using "cd/dvd creator"

Don't copy the file to a cd, as it won't work, you have to burn the image to a cd. If you are using windows, use a program like ImgBurn (http://www.imgburn.com/) to create the LiveCD.

can i use 'cd/dvd creator' though,like it says 'select file and click 'write to disc'
