I have a inspiron 1501 with vista. I just put ubuntu 9.04 (desktop version) on the laptop also. Everything seems to work fine except the internet and networks. My vista can access the net and networks with out problems. When I boot up into ubuntu it tells me that I am connected to the net. when I click on firefox it brings me to my homepage(google.com) which can take a minute. After I am shown the homepage I can not access the net at all, even though it says I am still connected. Hope I provided enough info. Any help would be great, Keith
