Minimize desktop shortcut

Which is the shortcut for minimize all windows in the desktop gnome in ubuntu 8.10, i meen like in windows (windwos key + m), if this shortcut is not available, how can i configure it ?

in the future you can just go

-> system ->Preferences -> Keyboard Shortcuts

There you will see the list of shortcuts and be able to configure your own
