Trouble booting sabayon 4.1 live cd

So i dual boot ubuntu and PClinuxOS and i am trying to get sabayon on there to and every time i attemp to run the live cd it stops and freezes at 43% which according to a guide i looked at is where it is setting up the video card... If hardware info on my computer is needed my computer is a toshiba satellite a215-s5837.
