compiz vertical decomposition

hi i install new ubuntu 9.04 and i have problem with compiz when i move objects on desktop like windows or cube, see my picture, it isnt so bad how its looks, but its annoying. i had 8.10 and from fusion-icon just checked off loose binding and problem was gone, now i have compiz from official repository 0.82 and fusion-icon doesn't work

What is the model of the graphics card?

Firstly turn off compiz - does it work correctly without it?

Ok if standard is working ok turn on compiz and reset all the settings using the preference reset to default found in the compiz manager found in preferences.

I've found some plugins don't work together and others just don't work for certain video cards. Its a question of experimenting and avoiding the plugins that don't work.

i sovle it, just checked sync to vblank in ccsm...
