that should be 9.04... not 9.10...
I'm currently experiencing an Error 18, and the fix seems just to daunting for a novice. So I am stuck with an older kernel 2.6.27-9 or 2.6.27-7. I have looked in the forums for the answer without success. The kernal size of 27-11 appears to big for my bios. So, my question is two fold: does anyone know if I can successfully upgrade to Jaunty from one of these working kernels? Do I need to purge the 28-11 before I try? And is the Jaunty kernel smaller or the same size or larger? Will I be experiencing the same error 18 if I try? Hope someone has the answer.
