Hello,
I am in the process of updating from Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid to 9.04 Jaunty.
I am doing this through the Update Manager which offered me the upgrade.
At some point however I may run into an error where it tells me that it failed to fetch, etc. and the upgrade process breaks.
What is the best way to continue from where the application broke without losing the packages that had been already downloaded? Is it to run the update-manager once again and choose Upgrade or is it a sudo apt-get dist-upgrade?
Any comments are appreciated, I will attach a screenshot of where the process is right now and where it usually breaks because of connectivity issues.
