System-wide nautilus-actions settings?

Hi folks

I've installed nautilus-actions and have been able to configure my menus the way I like them. However, I couldn't figure out how to define a system-wide configuration. The documentation on this topic seems to be rather scarce.

Does anybody know how I can force a context-menu entry for all users?

Bump! This tool sucks bad (found at least three errors in a couple hours), but it seems to be the only one in existence to do the job.
