Great new release, one question about wireless

This release so far has been very stable w/o any noticeable bugs. I have one question about Broadcom wireless. Since I have been using Ubuntu I have had one main issue and that is the wireless driver. The wireless works, but I have to uninstall and reinstall every time I restart or shutdown. Does anyone know any way around this?
