Linux version update issues

I dutifully run my update manager, but this time I was suspicious about my updates when I didn't see jaunty in them.

I dug a bit deeper and it turns out that I'm still running hardy heron. I can't seem update from here.

I made sure to use apt-get update and apt-get upgrade, but upgrade failed to find any new material.

Any advice?
