I just upgraded to Ubuntu 9.04. Now, whenver I login, the regular authentication box (gksu?) pops up saying that nautilus needs permission to run. I believe that my desktop is for some reason trying to run as root. Not sure why. It's just icons, after all.
Where does nautilus (as a desktop interface) get started up in the login routine, so I can change it?
