View Full Version : [kubuntu] Konqueror - how to see current downloads?

So I just started a download - there was a pop-up for a few seconds with the status but it disappeared after a few seconds. There is a file in my desired download location which indicates the ".part" portion of the download. My firewall indicates that something is being transferred.

In Firefox, I can just hit CTRL+Y or CTRL+J (depending on environment) to get my list of downloads.

How do I get this from Konqueror? I spent 15 minutes scouring the menus and I don't see anything related to something as basic as "downloads".

Anyone?

In KDE, there's a tool called Kget. Run and configure it as the default download manager for Konqueror. You'll have a tray icon and some other goodies.
