On my 8.10 computer, i recently got a new ATI 9600 X... (something or other) graphics card. Since it doesn't have the internet, I downloaded the driver from the their website and through much tribulation, was able to install it. I installed it with the old graphics card still in the computer. I shut it down, took out the old graphics card and put in the new one. I rebooted it and after it was done loading, the monitor freaked out and the only thing to do was to shut it down.
Any ideas how to fix it?:confused:
