pidgin wont doc in fluxbox

I just did a clean upgrade from 8.10 to 9.04. I like it, BUT I had to reinstall fluxbox. Everything is going well except the only application that shows in the tray is my wifi manager. Other apps like amarok and pidgin don't show up. How do I fix this?

I'm bumping this thread.

I haven't tested with the network manager, but neither Pidgin nor update-manager show up in my tray. This is particularly annoying because Pidgin dies as soon as I close its window.

This was also a clean install for me.

On my home system (upgraded from 8.10 to 9.04; 64bit) Fluxbox continues to work just fine.

What's up with the Fluxbox tray?
