Movie trailers

I've just installed kubuntu 9.04, but I have a little problem. I use superkaramba and osd_movies to watch movie trailers but now it's not working. I just have an empty white box. I also tried trailertracker but I have exactly the same problem. Has anyone have these working or some other widget to suggest?
