Jaunty, Error message when running GUI program thru ssh

Hi,

I'm running jaunty x86_64.
I use it through ssh connection on windows pc, with PuTTY and cygwin/X.

After upgrading, error message comes up when running any GUI programs thru cygwin/X on windows pc. There's no error message if program is running on local terminal.


Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display "localhost:11.0".
Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display "localhost:11.0".
Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display "localhost:11.0".
Xlib: extension "Generic Event Extension" missing on display "localhost:11.0".

But, program runs without any problem.

Although program works fine, i'm unpleasant with error message.

can anyone solve it?

I'm getting the same exact issue. The application seems to work correctly after it launches but besides that I am not sure why is this error happening. I'll do some research and post my findings here.
