I've been trying to get rid of programs etc. that I don't need and never use that come pre-installed with Ubuntu. When I uninstall some of them they remove necessary packages such as removing the Evolution packages removes some Gnome packages that you need to run the desktop. If I try to reinstall these after they got uninstalled, they want to reinstall these other files again. I understand that they rely on them as dependencies, but I don't need nor use a single thing related to Evolution and the same thing applies to Bluetooth stuff. I would love if I could install Ubuntu without these programs, but there doesn't seem to be an option like that. So I would at least like to remove them without it removing these so called "dependencies" at the same time. This is essentially forcing me to keep this junk I never use.
