I have been having problems running both the 8.10 and 9,04 64 bit CD's on my system. They both stop at: aufs 200809322 :confused:no mater if I try to run the Try, Install, or Check Disk for Defects. I originally installed 7.04 64 bit on my system and the CD still runs fine.:) I have a ABIT AV8 MB with a AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3000+ CPU with 3 Gib memory. Not sure if this is related but I running 8.10 and have problems booting to any kernel in normal mode above 2.6.24-21. They stop at: EXT3-fs mounted file system with order data mode. If I boot 2.6.27-11 in recovery mode and then when it comes to the menu tell it to resume normal boot it run fine. I want to do a complete new install so would like to get the 9.04 CD to run. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks
