Dell Inspiron laptop - was running version 8.10 fine.
Tried to do an upgrade from 8.1 to 9.04, it looked like it worked. But on re-boot it hangs and a ragged pair of Ubunto logos appear on either side of the screen (obvious video driver error).
Next tried a clean install. Installation completed and rebooted OK. After login, there is an obvious video driver problem, for example the message saying "wireless networks found" is full screen with the normal message box superimposed. :(
But worse, the system reboots to the login screen every 10-20 seconds. :confused: There is not enough time to figure out what is going on.
I plan to revert to 8.1 for the time being.
