I just burned the 9.04 installation CD, 64-bit. But I notice that after I pressed Enter on every booting options ( try Ubuntu, install ubuntu, check disc, test momery, boot from 1st hard disk), there is no response. After 1 or 2 seconds, I can use arrow keys to scroll up and down again.

Are you using a USB keyboard? If so, ensure that Legacy Support for USB is enabled in the BIOS. I have a new USB keyboard and without that enabled, only some of the keys work.

no, I am using a laptop that I can install Ubuntu 9.04 Beta. I don't know why it doesn't work for the final release.
