Hi ya,
Now we all know if you keep your /home in a seperate partition you can reinstall Ubuntu without changing anything on the /home partition, keeping your private data safe.
But I've hit a brickwall when trying to reinstall with everything (apart from /boot) in a RAID - LUKS - LVM setup.
I'm using the alternate CD image with a text installation method, but when I get to the partition setup screen, the previous LUKS and LVM seems to of disappeared. The RAID array is still present though.
This means I can't keep my /home safe because I can't see it.
Anyone any ideas on this one?
