In almost 15 years of using LINUX I have never thought to add a negative comment but 9.04 has inspired me. I moved to UBUNTU from Fedora recently because I was impressed by the smooth blend of features and utility. OpenOffice; Quanta; VLC and AMAROK were all a man could ask for in an O.S. I learned to live with the OVERSCAN problem on my HDTV screens and had settled in over the winter(08/09).
BUT now a new upgrade comes along............. :< :<
<snip>
I want my Amarok back!
The over all look of A2 is blocky and hard to look at. Where are the columns of useful info and the MySql setup!
<snip>
ALSO if I wanted my file requesters to look like VISTA I'D use VISTA!
I am keeping 8.10 on my other boxes and hoping for the best..............
