dpkg --configure gnome-themes-selected

I upgraded to 9.04 64 last night and everything went reasonably smoothly.

However, a couple of packages (gnome-themes-selected, ubuntu-desktop) failed to configure. So i get error message every time I install anything.

It seems like this is the core problem

any thoughts on getting gnome-themes-selected to configure?

i am having the same issue, same error messages and all. again, it started after upgrading to 9.04 64-bit version. i'd really like to find a solution...

I am also facing the same problem when I tried updating my machine from ubuntu 8.10 to 9.04.

Setting up gnome-themes-selected (2.26.0-0ubuntu1) ...

Hi,

I was able to fix this problem. This problem due to the missing of index.theme in /usr/share/icons/Mist folder. I fixed this by copying this file from another machine.
