I had quite a bit of trouble upgrading to Jaunty but have now managed to fix most of them apart from a couple of very niggly issues.
I'm doing seperate threads for each problem if that's ok?
I use kpowersave (on gnome) and have the cpu frequency policy set to performance as I find it makes my desktop much more responsive (particularly with compiz).
Since the upgrade, I've found that no matter what policy I choose, or even if I change all the settings to make them all use performance, it is working dynamically next time I boot up.
Even though it says it is set to performance the bars show otherwise.
Any help please?
