Ubuntu 9.04 Need help installing Belkin Wireless G Desktop Card

I need a step by step guide on how to install this (I just installed ubuntu for the first time with this wireless card) and where to download the drivers! PLEASE HELP!!! Also note, I need to know how to do this directly from the CD software. Thanks!

Then we need to know exactly which wireless card you are using
