ubuntu9.04 refuse to take english as installation language.

I am using wubi to install ubuntu9.04 as i am using vista, I am using dualbooting, at the installation time I select english but when installing the system it installed it in danish, is there a way to change the language of the menu to english ?

same here, having problem after installation, i think mine in Arabic font. i've seen twice of this problem at my workplace. both machine installed with dual boot "windows 7" and ubuntu 9.0
