i am a newbie at linux. i have given it a shot at installing fprot, but have been unable to use it. i have attached a screenshot of my home folder which shows the xfprot files. notice how they have a lock attached to them. i assume the lock is the reason why i have been unable to use fprot. i know linux is pretty much immune to malware, but i also pass storage devices between linux and windows, thus the need to scan. yes, i already have clamwin. it's great.
any more antivirus suggestions for linux would also be welcome.
