Differencies Between Jaunty RC and Release ?

Im using now Jaunty RC
What is differencies between RC and Final Release ?

And how can i upgrade to final from RC?

when i trying update-manager -d from terminal
Update Manager not shown "New release available"

If you have been doing the updates as they come through then you are using the final release.
