Issue upgrading to 9.04

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to upgrade to 9.04 from 8.10. WHen i hit "upgrade" in the update manager, it just gets hung up and doesn't do anything. Is there a way to do this using command line arguments?

It's doing that because every Ubuntu user on the planet is hitting the server right now :-). If you can hold off a day or two this will work without issues later.
