Xubuntu 9.04 RC -- need 9.04 upgrade?

I have been running Xubuntu 9.04 RC for several days on an older Gateway laptop. I enjoy it, and it has been performing well. Will the Update Manager install any updates that may be in the final release? Or, will it have to go through an upgrade?

(My experience with upgrades is mixed--sometimes flawless, sometimes a bit less than flawless...)

Just running the update-manager normally will keep you up to date. No need to upgrade.
