Where are they located? The hash page still only shows the 8.10 hashes.

Yes, the official download page is not updated yet, which is lame, but you can find the MD5SUMS file at any mirror. All you have to do is copy the address of the mirror when the download starts and browse there for the file.
Here is an example:
http://mirror.arlug.ro/pub/ubuntu/ubuntu-releases/jaunty/
The file is named "MD5SUMS".
