Hi there, does anyone tried the ubunut light script? you can find it here: http://tomfichtner.de/linux/wiki/Home , I'm trying to install ubuntu in a very old pc with only 128 of ram. I know I can go with lighter distros (tiny me, Puppu Linux, etc), but I like ubuntu because all the programs ready to install to it. I tried to use Xubuntu but is tooo heavy for this old pc.

So I found this script and it works very good, it gives you a lot of options to customize your installation. I'm trying to use ICEWM and it comes with the nice Icebuntu theme and the menu its already created, so it's much easier than re-do alll the menu by yourself. The only problem I have its trying to set up a wallpaper usin pcman file manager, if I install pcman to have desktop icons, I cant see the wallpaper, but if I remove the pcman then I can see the background, so how can I have both working together? also I need to learn how to change the screen resolution in ICEWM? because I'm stuck at 800x600

I hope someone who knows more than me can help me
