Australian upgrading to Jaunty

juts curious if the update files for jaunty are available on a telstra server, because my internet cap is 10gb (:mad::mad::mad:) and i dont really want to get capped and since i get unmetered usage from telstra servers it would make it significantly easier.

so updating just through the update manager should pull the files from there? cause i originally downloaded ubuntu 8.10 from telstra...
