Install Jaunty 1 day before release

Hello, I want to completely wipe my drive tomorrow (long story), and I was wondering if I could install Jaunty on 4/22/09, and update it to the final release. I am unable to do it for a while after that (i have a day off of school). Can i simply update the system to get the stability of the release day version?

I thnk you use daily-live to install. In all probability it is going to be the same as release live-cd.

Yes, you could install the RC Release first then keep it updated for the following week so as to get the Final Release update files.
