Partitioning: Dual Boot

In my attachments, is that good enough for using ubuntu everyday as my main OS, but occasionally using windows for windows only programs?

I gewneral in is good,but let me say what I will do.

1.I will put swap after unallocated space.
2.I will shrink new partition( ~10GB is enough for root)
3.On unallocated space install home partition(you can do this during installation if you choose to install manual way)

Okay.

1. How do I change it to root
2. To make home, do I just select the /home at the installation part?
3. I just tried installing ubuntu, but after a few, it cut to a black screen with multiple strings, each ending with [OK], but it kept turning the monitor off, then it said the server crashed 6 times and it was retrying. I just booted by CD again to ask you guys about it. What do you think it is?

Did you check md5sum (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM) before burn and CD interity (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/CDIntegrityCheck?action=show&redirect=CDIntegrityCheck) after you burned iso on CD?
