I'm looking to jump on jaunty the moment it comes out, but, I've heard that it is REALLY slow to download when you download a release the day of.

is there going to be a torrent version that I can download?
if so, I'd also like to contribute bandwidth.

thanks.

I'm looking forward to this week coming out for Jaunty. And I
also would like to contribute something by adding some bandwidth.:)

On the official Ubuntu site. DO NOT use a .torrent file you find anywhere else unless you also check the downloaded .iso for a valid MD5SUM.

For example, here's the torrents for Hardy and Interpid (http://www.ubuntu.com/getubuntu/downloadmirrors#bt). That page should show Hardy and Jaunty after Thrusday.
