Hi,

Is it possible to record music, which I am streaming via Rhythmbox, to my c-drive?

Thanks, cozze

If you are using ubuntu you can look at streamripper. Its a pretty neat command line app, streamtuner is a gui that makes use of streamripper. streamripper will even properly cut and name the songs properly, if the stream supports the needed formats. Sorry for rhythmbox I am not sure. You can find streamtuner and streamripper in synaptic.

FLV works with Ubuntu, you can even record straight from youtube!

Windows???? Nope Ubuntu

I guess he asked b/c you called it your "c drive". Though, I guess, it's not impossible for you to mount a disk as /c/ and then save some music there, probably you just meant a local disk, or your home dir.
