Hello everybody! ):P

Man, it's been a while since I was on. Anyway, quick question:

I'm currently on Windows XP, and while I have no qualms about it, I've been bit by the Ubuntu bug once more.

Point being, while I've been able to get everything done for a long time straight from Windows XP and since life (much to my discontent) forces me to keep WinXP as my default OS for the forseeable future, I still want really badly to install Jaunty and mess around with it.

At the same time, though, I do have a thing about burning CDs (I'm currently out of them), so I do need to know one thing:

Is there a way to install Ubuntu onto a partition I have set up and ready for it, with just the ISO mounted?

I know there probably isn't, but hey, the world has come so far since I last tuned into the Linux scene, some distro somewhere might have found a way.

Thanks for any and all help!

You can try Unetbootin. (http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/)
