Pinnacle TV Capture card not working

Hi, I just installed mythubuntu for the first time and I cannot get my USB capture stick to work in Mythtv. Detects as a Pinnacle Hybrid Pro (2) [em28xx]. help! what do I do now? got it to search for channels a couple of times but comes up with nothing... works in vista

I'm new to Ubuntu but got my pinnacle card working under Intrepid, but when I upgraded to Jaunty it doesn't work. I get a message in the terminal window about a problem with the MySQL and not detecting any UPnP devices. Is that similar to your problem?
